All our mental health practitioners are Garda vetted and have undertaken child protection training. As qualified members of the accrediting body, I.A.C.P, our counsellors attend regular supervision with an accredited supervisor. They also attend regular training workshops to add to their area of expertise.

To ensure best practice and duty of care, all our practitioners abide by the Code of Ethics as outlined by their accrediting professional body.

We cover the full range of therapeutic counselling services using the leading and evidence based psychotherapeutic modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (C.B..T), Humanistic Integrative Therapies, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Creative Arts therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy.
