The child learns to identify their dysfunctional thought patterns and behaviours, and gives them coping mechanisms and tools they can use to minimise and manage their anxiety and mood for life.
Karen believes that each person has the resources and innate strength to resolve their difficulties and live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. Karen help my clients to uncover these strengths, resources and aspirations to empower them to implement lasting change in their lives.
